Leather Snap Pouch Workshop at Vigour and Skills in Burford
This hands-on workshop offers a practical introduction to leather working, led by leather maker Melissa Linbourn.
You’ll begin by learning about the full-grain leather used during the session, before moving on to the key techniques needed to make a small snap pouch suitable for cards or coins. Melissa will guide you through cutting (with pieces pre-cut where needed for safety), stitching, and finishing the leather, ensuring you leave with a well-made, functional piece.
The workshop is designed for complete beginners and focuses on working at a steady, supportive pace. By the end of the session, you’ll have a finished leather snap pouch and a solid understanding of the basic tools and processes used in leather craft.
