Wellness Morning at Heath Farm with Sasha Buckman-Barbour

Heath Farm is inviting guests to experience a unique morning of well-being led by Sasha Buckman-Barbour. Taking place on the last Sunday of each month through to September, these events combine yoga, wild swimming, and a hearty farm brunch in the idyllic Oxfordshire countryside.

The morning begins at 9.30am with coffee and tea before participants are guided through an energising yet restorative yoga session, held either in a giant weatherproof tipi or under a parachute canopy. After light refreshments, the group takes a short walk through the goat field to the farm’s spring-fed lake, where guests are encouraged to enjoy a refreshing wild water swim.

Following the swim, a Heath Farm brunch is served, featuring freshly baked sourdough bread and pastries, granola, and seasonal fruit. All yoga props are provided, and the sessions are open to all levels. Guests are asked to bring swimwear, towels, and suitable footwear for the walk to the lake. The experience is designed for adults only.

After brunch, participants are welcome to make the most of Heath Farm’s facilities—playing croquet, boules, or giant Jenga on the games lawn, or simply relaxing by the campfire.

  • Swim: 11.00–11.30am

  • Brunch: 11.45am–12.30pm
